Every time I've been here they ALWAYS do an amazing job. Theyre always friendly. Sometimes they get busy but its definitely worth the wait. Yes they do appointments. My feet always feel fantastic when they're done being cleaned up. Plus sometimes they open early like today . Its said 9:30 open but they were open early.
